• All Divisions. Teams can add new players past June 1st pending approval from league. Teams wil be able to add to injury depleted teams and new players will be able to start midseason due to registering to the league AFTER June 1
• ALL Divisions- Team rosters will now have Player name, number, DOB Year (only) & Picture of all players.
• ALL Divisions- Teams will be allowed 1 player per team who is 1 year under MIN age requirement to play on your team during the regular season; NOT AS A PITCHER OR CATCHER.  This player WILL NOT be eligible in any shape or fashion to play in the play-offs.  Your 1-year under age player, must be approved by the league and may be rostered.  The intent is to assist you in building your team in future years and to assist you during the season... so you don't have to use emergency players all the time.  Again... the league has to approve the player and will not allow "ringers".
• 30's Division- All players MUST be in uniform by start of 3rd game.
• 30's Division- Emergency Players, 2 MAX for regualr season games
• 30's Division- Emergency players for Playoffs. 1 player, cannot Pitch or Catch.
• 30's Division- Time limits, no inning shall start AFTER 3 hr 15 min AFTER FIRST pitch.
• 30's Division- Slaughter Rule, 9 inn games: 15 after 5 inn or 10 after 7 inn. 7 inn games: 15 after 5 inn or 10 after 6 inn. 
• 30's Division- Player ejctions SEASON. 1st time $25, PLUS 1 game. 2nd time $50, PLUS 3 games. 3rd time SUSPENDED indefinetly until meeting with League. ALL fines MUST be paid to league BEFORE start of next game.

I am happy to announce that the NIMBL will be playing games for all 3 divisions again on a professional stadium this year. With the success of 2013 exhibition game we wil once again give players the opportunity to play at a professional venue. Saturday, August 30th will be playing at the Schaumburg Boomers stadium. Details of this event will be released soon after we get going with the 2014 season.
